	Access Statement Meneglaze is a Victorian 3-storey modernised detached house with two guest bedrooms on the first floor and two guest bedrooms on the second floor. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms. We are not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with severe mobility restrictions. Meneglaze is situated on a slight incline, about five minutes walk from the centre of town. Public transport. We are close to both the railway station and bus stops, and would happy to meet any guests needing assistance with luggage. Arriving by car. On arrival in Looe, Shutta is opposite the railway station which is on the A387 (Station Road). Meneglaze is approximately 100 yards along Shutta on the left. Car parking is in our own private car park, at the side of the house, where we can accommodate up to six vehicles.
	At the front of the house there is a patio with seating for guests. Between the patio and the road are two steps approximately 6 inches high. There is another small step into the house which is approximately 5 inches high. Inside the entrance porch is a shallow mat well and a 1½ inch step into the hallway, which is tiled. Leading from the hallway is a carpeted staircase with a single hand rail, leading up to the bedrooms. This comprises of seven steps onto a half landing and then a further six steps on a staircase which turns to the left. From the first floor to the second floor is another staircase of 11 steps, which also turns to the left; and one final step into each of the two double bedrooms. The en-suite shower rooms have vinyl flooring. There is a step of approximately 10 inches in to each shower. There are no seats or hand rails in the shower cubicles. We are unable to accommodate pets.
